Return
Policy. Items
purchased through SignatureJewelers.com specifically produced
to your specifications are non-returnable unless merchandise if
flawed. Items that
are damaged in shipment must be returned in the original packing
with packing slip. In-stock
items returned within 14 days of receipt in resalable condition
will be refunded in full less our shipping costs.
Shipping
Policy. To
ensure your shopping experience at SignatureJewelers.com is as
easy as possible, we offer FREE Shipping on all store orders in
the Continental U.S. No matter how small or large your order,
you will always have the option of free shipping. Faster shipping
methods are available at a nominal fee. Shipping of larger
corporate gift order may incur additional shipping charges.

can I return or exchange my merchandise?
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable
condition within 30 days and accompanied by a sales receipt. Items
damaged in shipment must be returned in original packaging.

has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable
merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection,
